Yes. We support families in understanding the program, exploring whether it’s a good fit, and taking the steps to get started. 

 We take on new clients as others transition out to ensure each family receives individualized attention and support. If we are at capacity, we’re happy to talk through your situation and discuss timing and next steps. 

 Yes. We offer IEP advocacy support to help families prepare for meetings and navigate school-related decisions with more confidence. 

Yes. We support families navigating the transition from school-based services into adult services, including Regional Center and Self-Determination. 

 Yes. We are available to partner with schools and districts to support families during the transition process.

 Yes. We can help families understand what IHSS is, determine if it may be appropriate for their situation, and guide them through the process. When needed, we can also help you understand how IHSS fits alongside other services. 

 Yes. We can support families in preparing for and, when appropriate, participating in meetings such as IPPs or IEPs. 

We can help families understand Social Security programs such as SSI, determine whether it may be relevant, and guide you on next steps. While we do not directly submit applications, we can help you prepare and navigate the process with greater clarity. 

We offer both private-pay services and services funded through programs such as Self-Determination. During a consultation, we’ll help you understand what options may be available based on your situation. 

Services are tailored based on the level of support needed. During a consultation, we’ll talk through your situation and outline options that best fit your needs. 

Some services may be funded through the Regional Center, such as Person-Centered Planning and Self-Determination Transition. We can help you understand what pathways may be available and how to access them.
