These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.bravehopepartners.com (the "Site") and the text messaging program described below. Bravehope Partners ("we," "us," or "our") is located at 4016 Grand Ave. Suite A #1037, Chino, CA 91710. By using the Site or agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Bravehope Partners helps families navigate and access services through the Self-Determination Program. Information on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, medical, or financial advice, and it does not create a service relationship until you and Bravehope Partners agree to services in writing. We cannot guarantee any particular decision, approval, or outcome from a regional center, financial management service, or other agency.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide information that is accurate and complete. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its accounts, interfere with its operation, or submit false or harmful content. If you create an account or book an appointment, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Program description. Bravehope Partners sends text messages to clients and their authorized representatives about the services we provide, such as scheduling and appointment reminders, requests for information or documents, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. You agree to receive text messages from us when you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, or when you text us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving our services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with the services you receive and the messages you send us.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that number. To start again, reply START or contact us.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at +1 909-970-4227 or info@bravehopepartners.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is available only on participating carriers and may not be available in all areas.

Privacy. We do not share or sell your mobile number, text message content, or opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at www.bravehopepartners.com/privacy-policy for details.

Sensitive information. Text messages are not a secure way to communicate. Please do not send sensitive personal or medical details by text; contact us by phone or through a secure method instead.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and forms, belong to Bravehope Partners or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or sell it without our written permission.

The Site may link to or rely on services run by others, such as scheduling tools, government agencies, and our website host. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bravehope Partners and its owners and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site or our text messaging after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
