Bravehope Partners ("we," "us," or "our") helps families navigate and access services through the Self-Determination Program. This policy explains what information we collect through www.bravehopepartners.com (the "Site") and by text message, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or "Let's Talk" form, book a call, create an account, or complete an onboarding form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your question or situation.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

Text messages. If you text us or agree to receive texts from us, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of our messages, and the date and time of each message.

• To respond to your questions and requests, and to schedule and hold calls and appointments.
• To provide our services to you and your family.
• To send reminders and service-related messages, including by text message as described below.
• To understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
• To meet our legal and business-record obligations, and to protect against misuse of the Site.

We use text messages to communicate with clients and their authorized representatives about the services we provide, such as scheduling and appointment reminders, requests for information or documents, and replies to messages you send us. We do not use text messaging for marketing or advertising. Text messages are sent and received through Zoom Phone.

Consent. We text you only after you have given us your mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text, or when you text us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving our services.

We do not share or sell your mobile number. Mobile phone numbers, text message content, and text messaging opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the messages (such as Zoom and mobile carriers), and as required by law.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below. Message frequency varies with the services you receive. Message and data rates may apply.

Please do not send sensitive personal or medical details by text message. Contact us by phone or through a secure method instead.

The Site uses cookies and similar tools from our service providers, including Google Analytics (to measure Site traffic) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (to measure the effectiveness of our outreach). These tools collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and device details. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host (GoDaddy), our phone and text provider (Zoom), and the analytics providers named above, and only so they can perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, our staff, or others.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our business and legal record-keeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or electronic method of communication is completely secure.

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, contact us using the information below.

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about a minor client is collected from, and communicated through, the client's parent or legal representative.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
